I think it might be a old battery but any ideas here is a test I ranĪnything that appears on this list needs immediate attention. The CPU never gets hotter than about 119 degrees fahrenheit. However as soon as both were installed again the error came back. ![]() So I pulled the ram and ran a test with one in each slot with different configurations and they passed each time. The battery is about 8 years old with 49 cycle count (barley used throughout the years) I ran a hardware test and got error 4mem/62/4. I upgraded to High Sierra and when plugged in after some time the CPU gets maxed out by kernal_task and almost always on battery. I was running El Capitan and it was strong. ![]() Need help!
